After that you only pay the running costs, at cost: server, database and AI usage. No markup, and no monthly licence to me.
What people ask first.
Is this a CRM?
It can be. Some businesses get a simple CRM for leads and follow-ups, others a quoting or job-card system. We build the one thing that saves you the most time, not a big package you half use.
Do I have to replace my current software?
Not necessarily. If it makes more sense to replace a program, we can do that. But almost any software can be connected directly to the system, so everything talks to each other: your email, calendar, WhatsApp, spreadsheets and accounting package.
What does the AI actually do?
The boring part: it reads enquiries, drafts quotes and emails, sorts out what's urgent and remembers to follow up. You approve before anything goes to a customer.
Who owns the system?
You do. You get the code and the notes, and you don't pay me a monthly licence.
How long does it take?
Most systems are working within two weeks. Bigger ones we build in steps, so you have something working early.
